Although we did not purchase our first 2025 VW Atlas from North Penn, they treated our issue as though it were their responsibility. The team worked hard to diagnose the problem and even brought in a specialist to identify the cause. In the end, Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (VWGOA) determined that the matter did not qualify for a settlement offer and advised us to contact BBB Auto Line for further assistance.

This is our second Volkswagen.We were really lucky to buy the Tiguan before the discounted loan interest rates came end. The car is great, especially that salesperson who spoke Chinese - he was extremely friendly and helped us out a lot. And he's super patient too！Overall, great service, great price, and a great car!
Not organized, and deficient in communication My car was at your dealership for more than a week with no communication to let me know that my car was done until I called by myself, and James claimed he called me prior to that with no traces of missed call or voice message on my phone. I have Toyota and Honda, and whenever they are done with my car they call and send text messages

My visit was an overnight recall. Rental car pick up was seamless & the repair was done in a reasonable time frame.

The North Penn Volkswagen dealership does everything right. And there is no reason to go anywhere else.
Not helpful at all especially with being a client since 2016! They recommend the most expensive option instead of repairing the issue. Spent $530 due to a leaking issue and they recommend replacing the whole carpet which costs a lot more and does not make ends to do on a 2017 car instead of just draining under it and wet dry vacuum.
My car was at the dealership for much longer than expected, which wasn't the dealership's fault, but was still frustrating. Communication was good, but could have been better.

I have a very good experience
I had my car towed in with a non-functioning BCM, keyless entry module and sunroof. They only diagnosed the BCM and the sunroof drains. I had to bring it back for them to diagnose and fix the keyless entry module and ignore the sunroof. After the sunroof got stuck open in the rain on a Friday night I had to bring the car back again for them to close the sunroof and estimate another $3500 on top of the $3400 I had already spent. I have asked for the sunroof part numbers, but have been ignored.
They helped us with an emergency tire repair just before closing . Great & friendly customer service.

I recently brought my vehicle to Volkswagen at North Penn for an inspection after purchasing it from Enterprise, and I had a great experience. Even though I arrived about an hour and a half late, the team was incredibly accommodating and still managed to fit me in without any issues.
The staff was friendly, professional, and very patient throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was the level of transparency—they even sent me a video walkthrough of my car while explaining their findings, which I thought was a great touch.
